Y4 Yoga session

Today, we had our first yoga session. We did some calming, relaxing breathing and stretching to start off with. Then we did some yoga poses including warrior, dragon, boat, cobra and rock pose. Finally, we lay on the floor/yoga mat whilst listening to some calming music. Some of the children described it as calming, relaxing, peaceful and said it made them happy.
