Y5/Y6 Spooky Disco

On the 24th of October, the Y5 and Y6 pupils attended a spooky disco. This event took place from 6:00-7:30. All of the children were dressed up in super scary costumes! The children took part in a variety of active games including Monster Musical Statues and danced along to choreographed moves. All the children were concentrating very hard to ensure that the moves were copied and also were in time! The music on the computer was played by Cameron Goodchild, Freya Boyle, Maggie Middleton and Amy, who hold school dance clubs. Unfortunately, the laptop had some technical difficulties taking about the same time as the Stone Age to load. It wad led by some of the PTA staff, they provided the children with crisps, chocolate and beverages throughout. All the costumes were amazing and so were the funky dance moves! When the event came to a close, everyone wanted to bust out some more moves but they were all disappointed despite being happy to see their parents.
